I was having the hardest time finding someone to come in and do work at my condo. Found Brian and he came out that day to take a look. I had someone lined up to do my plumbing work but they would not replace my tile floor. Wish I would have found Brian sooner to do the complete job for me. He did a wonderful job and was great at communicating what needed to be done. Without a doubt I will hire him again and highly recommend him to others!!

  I contacted Brian for assistance with mounting and hanging a TV for me. He came the next day!! Very professional and he did a great job! He even sat on the floor and played with my dog! 😀

  I hired Brian to perform a variety of remodeling work on a dated condo. My only regret is not hiring him for the entire project. Prior to calling Brian/North Strand, I had already contracted for the flooring and kitchen/bath remodel with another well-known local company. BIG MISTAKE. Brian and his crew ran circles around those guys and delivered a much better experience. Again, don’t make the same mistake that I did and call Brian and the pros at North Strand FIRST. You’ll save yourself time, money and a lot of headaches. I am completely satisfied with their work. More importantly, so is my wife!
